Our Brentwood Office Has Moved!

PHASE 4 Learning Center, Inc. is pleased to announce the relocation of our Brentwood location to a professional, modern stand-alone location in Pleasant Hills, PA.

PHASE 4’s current Brentwood location has closed and all services began operation at the new Pleasant Hills location beginning in mid-December.
