PHASE 4 Learning Center Launches Digital Skills Training for Young Adults

East Liberty/Shadyside, Pittsburgh:  PHASE 4 Learning Center, Inc., a regional leader in providing services to at-risk individuals, is pleased to announce its Digital Skills Training Program for eligible Young Adults (ages 16-24) at its location in the PHASE 4 Three Rivers Technology Clubhouse.  This innovative program, developed by the lead engineers at Google, includes training in computer basics, networking, troubleshooting, and cybersecurity.  All participants receive a stipend, support, and a computer.
