Two sessions are offered daily beginning Monday, June 24 – Friday, July 19 running 8:00 am to 11:00 am, and 11:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Students are able to sign up for both sessions, as needed. Cost per course/credit is $200 cash or money order (made out to Phase 4 Learning Center, Inc.), and is due upon registration.
No personal checks will be accepted.
Students must register at the Baldwin location. Space is limited and registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. Registration begins immediately and will be available daily during normal operating hours (8:00 am – 3:00 pm), up to and including the start of the first session.
To register, complete the Registration Form below and return it with full payment to the location you wish to attend. You must register in person.
