The PHASE 4 Alternative Education (AEDY) Program serves at-risk students from grades 6 – 12, addressing the academic, social, behavioral, and future needs of each individual student. Student MUST be referred by their home school district.
The PHASE 4 Diploma Workforce Program is a high school diploma completion and career pathways employment program under Title 1 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998. The program serves youth, ages 16 through 24, who are non attenders from school and are seeking a second chance to earn their high school diploma.

The PHASE 4 Diploma Workforce Program operates in our East Liberty, Shadyside and Baldwin locations year-round from July 1st to June 30th on a continual basis.
Applicants must meet federal income guidelines to qualify for this program funded through the Department of Labor. The student’s sending school and/or home school district of residence must agree to grant an official high school diploma upon completion of all the required courses.

Pay Stubs, SSD letter, Public Assistance Print Out showing cash assistance/food stamps

Males over 18 need proof of registration with the Selective Service.
