The Best Buy Teen Tech Center @ PHASE 4 Learning Center was 1 of 10 sites in the Clubhouse Network that was awarded the IMPACTS 3.0 grant from the OJJDP (Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention)
IMPACTS (Increasing Mentor Participation and Commitment to Success) 3.0 will expand The Clubhouse Network’s work to provide youth with meaningful STEM and life learning opportunities supported by caring mentors.
With the PHASE 4 philosophy of focusing on relationships, youth that are at high risk due to being children of incarcerated parents; with opioid/substance abuse problems; or trauma related situations will have direct access to mentors who will support them as they develop lifelong skills including the abilities to self-advocate, solve problems, prevent and cope with bullying, and work toward a positive future enabling them to persevere and succeed.
