On January 30, 2017, PHASE 4’s Three Rivers Clubhouse was featured on WPXI’s Impact with Jonas Chaney.  Mr. Chaney interviewed PHASE 4 Founder and CEO Terrie Suica-Reed and Three Rivers Clubhouse director Aaron McKinnon about the program’s impact on at-risk youth in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
