Fall 2013 Newsletter is now available

PHASE 4 Learning Center has published our Fall 2013 Newsletter.  This edition features the story of how PHASE 4 was founded; a look at how the EITC & NAP Programs help PHASE 4 Learning Center continue to work; and an interview with Founder, Terrie Suica-Reed.  The newsletter also highlights our success with graduation statistics from the first 10 years of our history.
