Congratulations Reverend Rhonda!

The staff and students of PHASE 4 Learning Center wish an enthusiastic “Congratulations!” to Reverend Rhonda Higgins, Counselor at our Brentwood and East Liberty sites. In February 2015, Reverend Rhonda completed Community College of Allegheny County’s Drug and Alcohol Diploma program.

A life-long learner, Reverend Rhonda started her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant before earning her Bachelor of Science in Community Ministry from Geneva College and being ordained as a pastor. Reverend Rhonda continues to inspire the staff and students of PHASE 4 to achieve our goals by continuing her own education. She has already started coursework towards Community College of Allegheny County’s Social Work: Fundamentals of Social Work Foundation certificate program.
