Each year in the United States about 25% of high school freshmen fail to graduate from high school. Since its founding in 2003, PHASE 4 Learning Center, Inc. (PHASE 4), has helped over 15,000 at-risk individuals graduate high school with a diploma, receive work-readiness training, and choose a career pathway that includes furthering their education, securing employment or enlisting in the U.S. Military.  But we need your help to continue this important work.
