Tom Reed Armed Forces Career Center

In 2003, Tom, along with his wife, Terrie, founded Phase 4. They – and their colleagues - have continued with this life-long calling to help youth, adults and family members complete their high school education, and establish a strong career pathway that can lead to a fulfilling life.

The Tom Reed Armed Forces Career Center is designed for the 7 branches of the military (Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard, Space Forceand National Guard) to work with potential recruits preparing them for a career in the Armed Forces. Recruits will go through ASVAB testing, using March2Success and career exploration to find the most suitable position to serve.
