Students Meet with CCAC Pathways
The PHASE 4 Team and CCAC’s Pathway to Professional Careers program have developed a great partnership which has opened up even more academic and career education opportunities for PHASE 4 graduates. With the variety of participant backgrounds, including first-generation, we understand that the college admission process can seem daunting to a first-year college student. To better support a student’s transition to CCAC, and eventual enrollment into the Pathway’s program, we have partnered to lead to a student’s continued academic and professional success.
