P4:247 CommUNITY is Phase 4 Learning Center’s, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, dedicated anti-violence campaign aimed toward strengthening communities though impactful mentoring, health and fitness, tech equity and career pathways.
There is no community without UNITY. P4:247 CommUNITY is working directly with partners, including area school districts, local law enforcement, community leaders, and local organizations to recruit and target young men in the aforementioned communities who are at-risk of violence as
victims or perpetrators. Referrals are received daily for young men and women in need of P4:247
